Book of Rubiëra

The most accurate way to describe Rubiëra is as the highlands of a sunken continent. As satellites and orbital scans have revealed, most of the various microcontinents of Rubiëra are connected by a shallow sea that typically does not exceed 240 meters in depth.
This sea is home to an incredible diversity of life and holds the greatest amount of reefs on Eryobis.

Rubiëra is located on the equator and because of that, most of its landmasses experience a tropical climate.
The wildlife of Rubiëra across the islands is quite similar because most of the islands were, and seem to become temporarily connected every few million years as the sea level fluctuates.

The wildlife of Rubiëra is still however, divided into creatures from the northern, central, southern and farsouthern islands.
